Who Made Ballarat Heritage Weekend presents Who Made Ballarat, a joint exhibition featuring archival images from the ‘Have you seen Old Ballaarat Town’ Facebook Page images and contemporary portraits created by Aldona Kmiec in 2013 through the We R You paper paste-up project, an initiative of the City of Ballarat Arts & Culture and Victorian Department of Justice.
