CANCELLATIONS

Once the lesson has been confirmed changes are at the discretion of the provider and arranged directly with them – in writing (via email) – according to our policy:

RESCHEDULING 

  • Greater than 7 days prior to the lesson date: Re-schedule to another date without penalty.
  • Between 0 – 7 days of the lesson date, No Shows and Late Arrivals:  Participant forfeit their lesson and therefore are not entitled to a refund or to re-book.
