Each print is handmade in my studio in the old pictorial style, toned in green tea. Variations in tone, texture, and mark are an inherent part of the process and reflect the experimental nature of this historic photographic technique.

My cyanotype works draw on photography, memory, and the quiet transformation of place through time. Using the 19th-century cyanotype process, I translate photographic images into deep blue impressions shaped by sunlight, water, and hand-toning techniques. Each work is produced slowly and deliberately, embracing variation, chance, and material sensitivity.

Working on fine art paper, I approach cyanotype as both a historical and contemporary medium. These works sit between document and interpretation, where photography becomes an object shaped by time, chemistry, and touch.
