Polonia is a long-form documentary project that aims to document and celebrate the rich and diverse history of the Polish diaspora in Australia and around the world, as well as the nostalgia for our native country. I seek to shed light on the Polish cultural narratives, experiences, and contributions of the Polish community as they venture far from their homeland and establish vibrant new communities abroad.
Through the personal narratives, this project will help create a document about various aspects of Polish migration, including my own, fostering a deeper understanding of the Polish diaspora.
