Traditional Roman Catholic Polish Wedding Blessing
Ever been to a Polish wedding? If not, than you’re missing quite an amazing cultural experience!
Marta & Damian are a vibrant young couple and Marta is my youngest sister. The vibrancy, colors and capturing emotions was my photo brief for their traditional roman catholic ceremony that started off at the bride’s parents home. Traditional Polish weddings are beautiful and rich ceremonies. After wedding receptions are quite a special experience, especially for a foreigner. You just need to be prepared for anything and you better have a strong head as there is plenty to drink! The old 19th century wooden church looked majestic and beautiful. After a couple of days we travelled for some location shots around the Old Town Square, Mariacki Church and Wawel Castle in historic Krakow.
