6am coffee and a walk… Best wake up call.

Ballarat gardens, full of lavender,  roses, cats and dogs, chit chats with neighbours, plant cuttings, fresh air and views of Mt Warrenheip and Golden Point.  I’m a keen gardener and learnt gardening from my parents and grandparents. My parents run a 160 acres farm in southern Poland in Bieżeń, near Czestochowa.

Growing food was always a big part of my childhood. It still is a major part of my life, it’s just the times have changed and the language an culture that surrounds me. More on this soon.
