Australian celebrity chef Luke Nguyen visited us at the Chinese Mooncake Food Festival in Ballarat. Local community has enjoyed another great food festival sharing the beloved recipes and love for Chinese culture. Enjoy images of a lion dance blessing food performed by CACSB Lion Team, food making performances by Multicultural Ambassador of City of Ballarat Jessica Chuang together with her Mandarin-fluent husband Rob, Tai Chi dance by Yuanyuan Li all under the roof of the Greek Church Hall 116 Humffray Street North Brown Hill Ballarat.

Multiculturalism is not just about food. It’s about people, their stories, their languages, families, connections, experiences…

Food is one easy way to connect us all.
